WHO IS KINGSPAN?

The Kingspan Group was founded in 1972 as a small family business in the Republic of Ireland. The Group was initially involved in the manufacture of metal cladding and roll formed structural sections. During the early 1980’s, the Group expanded into the manufacture of insulated panels and insulation products and established manufacturing plants in the U.K. and Ireland.

Kingspan first entered the Australian market in 2004 as a sales office importing a range of insulated panels from the UK, 2 years later Australian manufacturing of insulated panels for cool rooms and controlled environments commenced. Over the last 18months Kingspan has invested in the technology to engineer and manufacture insulated roof and architectural wall façade panel systems providing the Australian construction industry local access to this innovative building system.
